  I have ordered from here multiple times (I prefer to stay Anonymous) and on multiple occasions my order has been messed up.
  I understand that there are a lot of people to feed but when this situation becomes a habit I would suggest ordering your food from another McDonalds.
  Some of the staff are really cool. They get their job done right but there are some pretty lazy people I have noticed who seem to be uninterested in fulfilling their duties.
  I have been lied to twice about McDonalds services by McDonald staff which forces distrust as whether my money is going to the right place. I have been scammed and frauded of my money because of these lies which I very quickly caught onto. For example, I was told that you could no longer order a specific type of drink only to find a few weeks later when I ordered that drink again that it WAS STILL AVAILABLE! So where did my money go?
  
  My suggestion, don't order from here if you don't want them to steal money from your pockets. By the way, I suggest getting yourself more reliable staff.

  Disgustingly rubbish food tonight. MOULD on the grape tomatoes in my salad and not much else apart from lettuce! Ended up binning it because it was half a tub of lettuce, no spinach as requested either.
  
  Then gave me a steamed bun instead of a toasted bun with my burger.
  
  Ordered some sour cream and sweet chilli fries. DUMPED some sour cream on with hardly any sauce and that was it.
  
  Also ordered a hamburger for someone at home... no sauce or onions on it!
  
  Who the hell was in the kitchen tonight?

  Ordered 2 soft serve cones tonight and they were smaller than usual. This restaurant is undergoing some renovations. But this shouldn't be an excuse for its dirty tables and floor. I also saw a staff making a chai latte and he didn't wipe the steam nozzle on the coffee machine and left milk dropping off and drying there. It was kind of gross.
